Replacement Policy
At Zelo-verse a brand owned by Zelo, we take great care to deliver products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a replacement only (no returns).
You must raise a replacement request within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.
How to Request a Replacement

Provide Proof:
- Share clear photos and a short video showing the issue.

Include your order ID and unboxing video (if available).
Approval & Pickup:
- Once your request is approved, our team will arrange pickup within 1-2 working days.
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
Replacement Eligibility
Replacements are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

The product is returned in its original packaging.
Items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for replacement.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed in the following cases:

The replacement product is unavailable or out of stock.

The order is cancelled by us before dispatch due to logistical or stock issues.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We begin processing all orders immediately after payment is confirmed.
Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
However, we do understand that mistakes can happen.
You may request a cancellation:
- Within 6 hours of placing your order, if it has not been processed or shipped yet.
- For Partial COD orders, you can also cancel during the address confirmation call.
- If your cancellation is approved, your token amount will be refunded within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@zeloindia.com or use the WhatsApp icon on our website and mention your order ID and reason for cancellation.
Once an order has entered the “Processing” or “Shipped” stage, cancellations cannot be accepted.
